Dr. Travis Van Roekel
Dr. Travis Van Roekel earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and Dental Clinics after completing his bachelor’s degree in chemistry at Dordt University.
He offers comprehensive dental care. Taking a foundational approach to dental care, he believes good dental health begins with preventative, routine care. He encourages his patients to maintain good oral health, as this can positively affect a patient’s overall health and well-being. Dr. Van Roekel has a special interest in orthodontics and is Invisalign® certified. He also plans to place implants in the near future.
When he’s not seeing patients, Van Roekel spends time outdoors hunting, fishing, golfing, biking and running. During football season, he enjoys cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes and Green Bay Packers. While at Iowa, he volunteered at Iowa Mission of Mercy. During this time, he provided free dental care to in-need patients who normally may not be able to afford dental care. He looks forward to continuing to volunteer within the community.
